2. Ticket Purchase

All ticket sales are final, unless Teatro Miami indicates otherwise.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced.
• Service charges, facility charges, taxes, and processing fees may apply.
• Depending on the production, entry may be denied to people who arrive late.

3. Venue Policies

All attendees must comply with venue policies, including but not limited to:

• Security procedures
• Capacity regulations and fire prevention
• Alcohol service policies
• Age restrictions for certain events
• Dress code where applicable
• Prohibition of weapons, illegal substances and hazardous materials

Teatro Miami reserves the right to inspect bags and personal belongings upon entry.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in denied entry or expulsion without refund.

4. Photography, Video and Recordings

Unless expressly authorized in writing:

• Recording video, audio, live streaming, or taking professional photographs during performances and events is prohibited.
• Some productions may prohibit the use of flash.

By entering the venue, you agree and authorize that your image, voice, or appearance may be photographed, recorded, or filmed for promotional, commercial, advertising, or security purposes by Teatro Miami and its affiliates, without additional compensation.

5. Food, Beverage and Alcohol Service

Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by persons of legal age according to applicable laws.

Teatro Miami reserves the right to:

• Denying alcohol service to anyone
• Request valid official identification
• Limit the sale of alcoholic beverages
• Remove intoxicated or disruptive individuals from the establishment

Outside food or drinks are not allowed unless expressly authorized.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Brands
• Designs
• Photographs
• Videos
• Promotional material
• Written content
• Production images

It is owned by Teatro Miami, its licensors or affiliates and is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.

18. Animal Policy

No animals are allowed inside the Teatro Miami premises, except for service animals recognized and protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable laws.

Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy animals, or personal pets are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted inside the venue, except with express prior written authorization from Teatro Miami.

All service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times and may not pose a threat, disruption, or risk to other attendees, employees, performers, or facilities.

Teatro Miami reserves the right to request the removal of any animal that violates these conditions.
